The Chair proposed that item 9 be taken before item 8 as there was a member of the public in attendance to speak on this item.

 

Resolved that item 9 be taken before item 8.

 

At this juncture, the Committee agreed to suspend standing orders to enable the public to address the meeting.

 

There was one member of the public that wanted to speak in favour of item 23/00070/FUL.

 

Standing orders were reinstated upon completion of public participation time.

·         There are concerns over the removal of wildlife and the panoramic views

·         The lack of management plan to avoid disturbances, such as working at weekends and finishing at 6pm.

 

This Council further resolved that if the Officer is minded to approve, this Council requests that the application goes to Committee.
