This Council Recommends Refusal to all signs until the business is ready to open and has an official opening date.

This Council further recommends that when the business is ready to open that the following 3 signs are allowed to be replaced;

·         The long rectangular sign above the door

·         The oval sign above and to the right of the door

·         The small rectangular sign on the west facing wall facing upwards to the lawn.

But this Council Recommends Refusal to the 2 large rectangular signs on the public toilet walls on the basis that;

·         They could be distracting to drivers

·         They are not on their own property

·         They make the building look unkempt

·         It is unfair to other businesses to have so many signs and sets an unwanted precedent for them to put signs on property that is not theirs.
