To note that the Bank Reconciliation Signatory has checked and agreed the reconciliations for November and December 2023.

Opening of an Additional Savings Account

To consider a suggestion from a Councillor to open a savings account with Lloyds bank to have alongside the current account held by the Council with Lloyds.

 

If the Committee is minded to approve opening a savings account with Lloyds, to nominate a signatory to open the account as per Lloyds’ regulations.

Exclusions of the Press & Public

The Committee is recommended to approve the following resolution:

 

“That in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 the Press and Public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the following items on the basis that the information to be disclosed would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.”
